MONACO CREAM

To accompany the sculptures and NFTs, Lennox has created a series of paintings showing the celebrities whose shoes he has encased in the style of traditional Victorian silhouette portraiture.

 

The colour pallet incorporates the key textures and colours experienced in Monaco (such as Monaco-Cream), reflecting the influence that the Principality has had on Lennox, having spent much time there.

 

Like traditional Victorian Portraits only the silhouette remains with a few choice features being outlined with a faint line leaving our memory to fill in the blanks. Through these paintings, Lennox has created a new take on Pop Art
