BIOGRAPHY

Kalen Lennox found his love of art at a young age whilst growing up in his native country, Canada. As a young adult Lennox went on to study Fine Art in Canada and then South Korea where he studied under a leading calligrapher. Whilst based in Seoul he exhibited work focussed on Korea and how their culture impacts and influences Pop art. Following his time in South Korea he spent a year in Barbados, here he gained some of his inspiration behind his use of vibrant colours which was influenced by the natural beauty of the Caribbean Island.

Using iconographic and pop culture vernacular, Kalen Lennox's work is vibrant and at the same time melancholic through an apparent utopian lens. Kalen Lennox's studio is based in Monaco.
